The Switcher code of conduct is a document based on the work standards of Fairwear Foundation (FWF), the Universal Declaration on Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO). This document gives the directives to apply for the following points:

• labour and employment law
• working conditions
• environment
• external audits

The management of the company commits itself, by its signature, to follow these directives.
